Amazing Facepainter wants our customer to love our amazing products. If you find yourself on the wrong side of glee because you received the wrong item or a defective item, please don't hesitate to contact us. Allow us an opportunity to make it right.
REFUND POLICY for HAIR & Bling Tape
Due to the nature of our hair and bling tape, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions and bling tape are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension and bling tape purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn or used. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the packaging. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best braid hair. REFUND POLICY
If product is in new condition, unopened, unused, and in original packaging, Amazing Facepainter will accept product returns accompanied by an Amazing Facepainter receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase within 5 days of receiving products.
Amazing Facepainter does not accept used or opened products. If we receive package in this condition it will be rejected and customer will not receive a credit or refund. Amazing Facepainter is not responsible for postage if customer requests for packaged to be returned.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure to keep everything, the damage packaging and item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, books, face charts, practice boards, downloadable items, products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We have the right to refuse any return or exchange at any time.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be subtracted from your total refund amount and the remaining will be credited to you.
