Shipping policy
We want you to feel that something amazing is coming your way when you order from Amazing Facepainter. We currently ship to all 50 states in United States of America using USPS. Shipping is calculated using package weight, handling, and size. Handling may include labor, materials, programs/software, etc.
Local Drop off or Pickup
If available, We will occasionally offer local drop off (small fee) or pickup (free) if we have multiple orders over a certain amount in the same area of the drop off or pickup location. Please email hello@amazingfacepainter.com for a drop off or pickup request.
Shipping Process
The Amazing Facepainter shipping team strive to get your order processed, out of the door , and on the way to you within 1-2 days during the week , excluding Holidays and other special occasions, between the hours of 8am-3pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. If you need us to express process your order, please contact us at hello@amazingfacepainter.com . We will make our best efforts to accommodate your needs.
Shipping Deals or Offers
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders of $125 or more (before discounts are applied) within the United States. Please note that this offer applies to shipping costs not exceeding $12. If your order qualifies, the shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
This promotion is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free shipping offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
Other Shipping Information
You will be given several shipping options for your order. Shipping cost is based upon size, weight, and the service you choose if based in USA. Shipping cost also includes or may add a processing fee, which covers planning, packing, and all things associated with getting your package on the way to you. Placing your order proves you agree to these costs and consider them fair.
Amazing Facepainter is not responsible for damaged or lost packages once shipped to address provided and out of our hands. We encourage all of our customers to buy shipping insurance to cover expenses in the event that a loss or damage occurs. You also have the option to submit a claim with USPS (www.usps.com) or the shipping carrier you chose if your package is damaged, lost, marked delivered although you didn’t receive it, or never delivered.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship Internationally but will update the site when we do. Please be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date.
When we do or if we do, we do not refund orders, shipping, or handling if rejected by customs, sent back due to address error, unsuccessful delivery attempt , or sent back by customer. Your country may have regulations and rules in place that will require the charge additional fees including but not limited to, duties, fees, taxes, handling, etc. this will be the customers responsibility.
Please note that Amazing Facepainter reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any reason or no reason.
