Festival Gel by Art Factory - 4 oz Clear Gel Base - Festival Glitter

Festival Gel was created to:

• make glitter gel by mixing loose glitter with Festival Gel
• reactivate glitter gel that may have dried out
• directly add to hair or skin before applying loose glitter.

Apply with silicone applicator or brush. Cosmetic Grade. Do not use near eyes. Not intended for Children 3 and under.

Note:

• Keep at room temperature. Extreme temperatures may cause a change gel
•  Festival glitter gel is not designed to be used as eye makeup. Avoid eyes and eye lids.
•   can be used on the face, body, or in the hair
